Full-time employees who have completed the 90-day trial periods shall be entitled to vacation and personal days according to the company’s established policies. Holiday pay will be paid to full time Associates who have successfully completed the 90-day trial period. All full-time Associates are eligible for two paid sick days per calendar year.
